About Zinc, LLC

Debbie Dalrymple, founder and principal of Zinc, LLC, has been helping people get the most from their technology for nearly four decades. She began her IT career in 1985—right as personal computers were becoming a fixture in the workplace—spending her first eight years on the help desk solving problems and building her technical expertise.

In 1994, Debbie launched Zinc, LLC to provide IT support to businesses across a wide range of industries. Along the way, she discovered a true passion for teaching and added software training to the company’s services. Today, she combines deep technical know-how with a talent for making complex concepts easy to understand, helping clients work smarter, faster, and with more confidence.

When she’s not solving tech challenges, Debbie enjoys using technology in her own life—tracking the harvest from her urban farm, analyzing cycling stats from her latest rides, and exploring new tools just for fun.
